Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled for the Longévité Monte-Carlo Economic Forum, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controllers are Longévité OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, registration no. 17541964, and the 2060 Foundation, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris. For any privacy question or request, write to longevity@monaco.mc.
What we collect today
Online registration is not open, and this site's forms send nothing. We receive personal data only when you email us: your name, address, organisation and message. We use them to reply and to manage your interest in the forum. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Our host processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
When registration opens
Your registration data will be processed by Longévité OÜ and the 2060 Foundation for the organisation of the forum and the forum's reporting. Professional details (name, organisation, role) may appear in the participant list shared with other verified participants. The accepted terms, their version and the time of acceptance are stored with each registration. This notice will be updated before registration opens.
Event photographs and film
The forum may be photographed or filmed, and images from past events may appear on this site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in documenting and presenting the forum (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time, and we will remove an image of you on request.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and video are served from this site. Your browser stores one small note, on your device only: that you have seen the disclaimer block. It contains no personal data and are never sent to us.
Who receives your data
The 2060 Foundation for investor relations, company selection and the presentation programme; our host and email provider; public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Transfers outside the EEA
The forum takes place in Monaco. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on an EU adequacy decision, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or on the transfer being necessary for your contract with us (Art. 45, 46 and 49).
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to participation: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Records of accepted terms and signed guidelines: five years.
- Accounting records: 7 years, as Estonian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or sent to you or another provider in a portable format. You can object to any use based on legitimate interest. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to longevity@monaco.mc. We answer within one month and may need to confirm your identity first.
Complaints
You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
