Participant Terms
Accepted at registration. Part 1 is shown to every registrant; Part 2 or Part 3 is shown according to the category selected. Each part ends with a mandatory checkbox; registration is not possible without it. The accepted text, version and timestamp are stored with the registration record.
Part 1 — All participants
- Nature of the event. I understand that the Forum is an economic and business event. It is not a medical, scientific or healthcare event, and no medical services, consultations or health products are provided, offered or sold at the Forum.
- No advice, no intermediation. I understand that the organiser does not provide investment, legal, tax or medical advice, does not act as a financial intermediary and does not verify the information presented by participating companies. Any decision I take is my own, based on my own due diligence.
- Conduct. I will conduct myself professionally, respect the programme and the instructions of the organiser and the venue, and refrain from any solicitation, distribution of materials or commercial activity that has not been agreed in writing with the organiser.
- Confidentiality. Materials and information shared by participating companies are confidential and are provided solely to enable me to assess a possible investment. I will not distribute them to third parties or use them for any other purpose.
- Recording and image. I accept that the organiser may photograph and film the Forum and use such material for its reporting and communications. I will not record sessions without the organiser's consent.
- Personal data. My registration data is processed by Longévité OÜ and the 2060 Foundation for the organisation of the Forum and the Forum's reporting, in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Professional details (name, organisation, role) may appear in the participant list shared with other verified participants.
- Organiser's rights. The organiser may refuse or cancel a registration, remove a participant or stop a presentation that breaches these Terms, the Presenting Company Guidelines or the law, without refund.
- Liability. Participation is at my own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser's liability is limited to the amount of the registration fee paid.
- Changes. The organiser may change the programme, speakers, venue or dates for reasons beyond its control; in such case it will use reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.
- Law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Monaco.
I have read and accept the Participant Terms and the Disclaimer.
Part 2 — Investors
- Status. I confirm that I am a professional or qualified investor — or that I attend on behalf of a family office, fund, financial institution or company that invests professionally — and that I have the knowledge and experience to assess the opportunities presented.
- Purpose. I attend to gain information and to meet companies and other investors. I understand that company presentations are information only, not an offer of securities, and that any transaction is negotiated and documented directly between me and the company, outside the Forum.
- No reliance. I will not rely on the organiser's selection of companies as a recommendation. Selection reflects the organiser's programme criteria, not an assessment of investment merit.
I confirm the statements in Part 2.
Part 3 — Presenting companies
- Guidelines. The company has read and will comply with the Presenting Company Guidelines, which form part of these Terms, and will ensure that each of its representatives does the same.
- Own compliance. The company is solely responsible for ensuring that its presentation, materials and any subsequent discussions with investors comply with the securities, financial-promotion and health-advertising laws of its home jurisdiction, of the Principality of Monaco and of the jurisdictions of the investors it addresses.
- Accuracy. The company confirms that the information in its presentation is accurate and not misleading, and that it holds the rights to the materials it uses.
- Pre-check. The company will submit its final slides to the organiser no later than ten days before the Forum and will make the changes the organiser reasonably requires.
On behalf of the company, I confirm the statements in Part 3 and acknowledge that the company will sign the Presenting Company Guidelines before its participation is confirmed.
